Key Skills Proven track record of generating leads in a SaaS environment. Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and outbound lead generation strategies. Experience collaborating with Senior Sales Executives to drive pipeline growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at exceeding sales targets. Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the Payroll and HR markets and consultative, value-based selling techniques. Ability to generate leads via various channels, including cold calling and digital platforms. Flexibility to adapt working hours to align with global market needs, and willingness to travel. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Commercially astute with a polished and professional demeanour. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
