The BI Developer will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organisation. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Dashboard and Visualisation Development: Create and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
