Are you an experienced accounts payable professional with supervisory or management experience? Do you enjoy overseeing a team and ensuring the day to day runs to plan? Are you happy to work in Avonmouth just twice a week and the rest of the time from home? If the answer to all these questions is yes then we would be keen to hear from you. Our client is embarking on huge sustainable growth and therefore this role has been newly created in order to manage the team and relieve the operations manager. Supported by various finance colleagues you'll manage, develop and grow the accounts payable function utilising the teams best attributes to make the purchase ledger function as good as it can be. You'll have really strong people skills, good excel ability and be able to explain finance to non financial people easily. This is a busy team where curve balls can come out of nowhere so it's exciting and challenging at the same time so you'll need to be someone who's resilient and can take change in your stride. This role comes with hybrid working and a 5-10% bonus.
