Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the Industrial sales team with full P&L responsibility to achieve budgeted sales and net profit targets. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Industrial sector. Manage and guide the team to meet business goals through strategic planning, goal setting, and performance measurement. Collaborate with Marketing & Technical teams to enhance product range and market differentiation. Foster team development by coaching and promoting technical and commercial skills for sustainable success. Support broader business activities in alignment with the company's mission and values. Requirements: Proven experience in the Industrial lubricants sector, with expertise in B2B sales of premium products. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams. Competent in strategic planning, data analysis, and business growth initiatives. Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software, with strong numerical and communication skills.
