The role will also see you develop and deliver corporate led EHS Training to all SBD functions within the EMEA-ANZ Region. Key Responsibilities In partnership with Global EHS, to include but not limited to the Centre of Excellence (COE) Regional EHS & Functional Leaders, and in alignment with the SBD EHS Management System you will develop and deploy an EHS program that supports the commercial teams across the region, to prevent incidents and to fulfill legislation requirements. The program will predominantly focus on, but not limited to Fleet, Sales, Customer Services and Marketing. Within your area of responsibility, establish and promote a strong safety culture within the organization, fostering employee awareness, engagement, and accountability for EHS practices. As part of the SBD EHS Management system, perform EHS inspections and risk assessment and follow up corrective action. In accordance with the SBD EHS Management System, develop and deliver EHS training programs/consultations for a cross section of SBD leaders, employees, customers, contractors, and visitors to ensure understanding and adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions, to include customer sites and tradeshows, to identify and address potential safety and health concerns, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Investigate and analyze incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and developing effective preventive measures. Maintain and update EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, permits, licenses, and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility, in accordance with local and Global EHS requirements Stay informed about new EHS regulations, standards, and best practices, and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance. You also have: Working experience in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management. Supporting a commercial and manufacturing environment. Familiarity with European environmental, health and safety management, regulatory, and legal systems Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health management, or related discipline and experience. Able to travel independently up to 30% of the time Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
