In this position, you’ll provide expert technical insight and thought leadership across Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, Products Liability, and Environmental Impairment Liability, supporting their expanding portfolio across a diverse range of commercial sectors. This is a brand-new role within the team where you’ll research, develop, and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, procedures, and standards for liability surveying. Your expertise will be essential in shaping a sustainable and profitable liability risk appetite. Additionally, you’ll lead efforts to transfer knowledge, skills, and expertise to junior loss control surveyors/risk engineers. You’ll have the flexibility to plan your own work schedule in advance which will include conducting detailed liability surveys on some of their larger and more complex and interesting risks, offering in-depth risk management advice to mitigate potential losses. The role is home-based and requires significant travel across the UK for surveys, client visits, team meetings, and external events.
