With a primary focus on the US market and a diverse client base that includes infrastructure funds and independent power producers, they are solely committed to driving the clean energy transition. Their high-performance culture is characterised by ambition, a passion for the outdoors, and a dedication to excellence. Currently, the team consists of 9 talented individuals, they are poised for significant growth, aiming to double in size year-on-year. Excitingly, they plan to expand their presence with a new office the US, set to open in 2025. Responsibilities include Drive the development and expansion of the energy and infrastructure finance division in the US market New business and client development Managing the full recruitment cycle for all executive-level, permanent placements Negotiating both contingent and retained searches Once established, you will build your team out with a Senior and/or Principal level recruiter You'll bring Passionate about the clean energy transition Expertise in energy or finance Permanent recruitment experience Established relationships with investors in the renewable energy sector; C-suite stakeholder management Understanding of funds and portfolio companies A top performer as a billing leader Previous leadership and mentorship experience Personality!
