We're looking for a Technical Sales Lead in our residential new build team who will be working to grow our business through relationships with developers. The role will look across E.ON's entire set of capabilities and work with the propositions, product and operational teams to promote solutions for developers that meet their commercial and regulatory needs, and help make bills affordable and sustainable for new home owners. We have ambitious plans for growth in this market and the Technical Sales Lead will be fundamental to making this happen. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Direct responsibility for the implementation of the sales growth plan across the residential new build market. Accountability for the developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships to drive sales. Work closely with developer clients both new and existing to understand their business requirements, gather competitor intelligence and insight into market offerings to enhance E.ON Next's competitiveness. Identify potential new markets and increase market share. Secure new contracts and long-term agreements with key customers. Are we the perfect match? Previous sales experience working with energy related products in construction, housing development, and/or M&E consulting. Evidence of successfully driving sales growth over a multi-year time horizon. Have a good understanding of the total energy product suite relevant to residential new build and a thorough comprehension of the latest building regulation requirements, SAP calculations and home energy model requirements. Strong level of commercial acumen. Demonstrable ability to work with product development and marketing teams to grow business. It would be great if you had: Previous sales experience working with energy related products in construction, housing development, and/or M&E consulting.
