About the Role As a Country Manager in the UK, you will be the face of SoftExpert in the local market. This is your chance to make a mark by leading a business unit with a global impact. You will collaborate directly with global and regional teams, translating corporate strategies into practical solutions tailored to the local context. Key Responsibilities Implement and execute business strategies aligned with SoftExpert's global vision, tailored to the local market context. Oversee local operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and optimized resource utilization. Increase SoftExpert's market share in the region. Analyze the local market to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies as needed. Recruit, develop, and retain talent, building a high-performing local team. Identify and develop market opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships. Act as SoftExpert’s brand ambassador, representing the subsidiary at corporate events. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government bodies, and other key stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Strategy, or related areas. Solid executive leadership experience in IT solution sales. Proven experience in establishing and managing new business units. Deep knowledge of market trends and competitive dynamics in the IT sector. Budget management and financial resource allocation skills. Familiarity with enterprise management tools and software. Results-driven mindset. Ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English. You will stand out if you have: Knowledge of or proficiency in SE Suite and its solutions.
