About the role Oversee and evaluate key metrics related to subscriber health, including pricing forecasts and churn analysis. Regularly monitor KPIs and provide updates on retention strategies, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise subscription strategies and foster sustainable growth. Develop advanced models to anticipate churn trends using historical and behavioural data. Collaborate with the Subscriptions Team to create and execute targeted campaigns to retain at-risk customers. Use analytical insights to inform customised offers, discounts, and promotions designed to strengthen loyalty. Work to develop strategies that enhance customer experiences and increase retention. About you Several years experience in an analyst role focusing on subscriber or customer retention, preferably in Publishing or Media. Strong experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau. Ability to operate autonomously, managing tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in applying machine learning techniques to solve retention challenges. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. Exceptional ability to handle data intricately and think through complex processes.
