Hours: The role is a full-time position, 39 hours per week, 5 days a week, between Monday and Friday with an early finish on Fridays. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted business partner to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board, contributing to key decision-making processes and supporting our strategic goals. Manage relationships with external legal counsel to ensure top-tier advice and support. Negotiate with external parties to secure favorable terms across all areas of our global operations. Review and validate legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance across the business. Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts to meet the organization’s evolving needs. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on risk, compliance, and legal best practices. Lead corporate legal processes, including mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, in collaboration with the SLT. Represent the company in legal proceedings, ensuring our interests are effectively advocated. Develop and implement company-wide policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and mitigate legal risks. About You: A degree in Law is desirable, along with relevant post-degree qualifications and experience. You are a confident, motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating complex legal and regulatory insights to diverse audiences. This role would suit a first-time mover from practice looking to make an impact in a fast-paced business environment.
