We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with Operations Experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between financial and operational teams, providing actionable insights and ensuring the alignment of processes with organizational goals. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in managing performance metrics, and the ability to enhance operational efficiency while supporting leadership with data-driven decisions. Your role in our mission Manage and maintain the Daily Performance Report, ensuring it remains updated and aligned with company goals. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure the accuracy of financial and operational data. Oversee and manage the monthly accrual process, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Conduct detailed revenue and cost performance reviews to provide actionable insights to leadership. Analyze financial data, trends, and forecasts to support key decision-making processes. Identify opportunities for improvement in revenue generation and cost control to enhance overall business performance. Valued skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on financial and operational processes. Strong understanding of accrual processes, billing management, and financial reporting. Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms). Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and performance improvement.
