What you’ll do:
As a Production Line Leader, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing line and team performance to hit production deadlines.
Promote team members development in continuous improvement (CI) activities.
Liaise with the team leader regularly on issues involving production schedule and schedule changes, drawings, quality and staffing issues.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Ensure all team members are wearing the correct PPE.
Monitor waste and scrap levels, and develop methods to reduce it.
Reject/ Scrap nonconforming product
You will have:
Ability to read manufacturing drawings
Problem solving skills
Working to set output targets
Supervisory experience is desirable
Overhead Crane certified is preferred

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30
Friday 08:00 to 15:30
