Business Development Manager (Facilities Management Sector) Location: London Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance

The Role As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new business across the London and Greater London areas. Working within a high-performance team, you will identify and secure opportunities to expand the company’s client base in the FM sector, offering a range of integrated services that meet and exceed client needs.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, presenting tailored FM solutions, developing proposals, and closing deals that align with the company's growth objectives. The role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for the FM industry and a desire to work with a global market leader.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations to showcase the company’s FM services.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth transition from business development to service delivery.
Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements

A proven track record in business development or sales within the FM sector or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of Facilities Management solutions, including hard and soft services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a history of building strong client relationships.
Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
A valid UK driving license is essential.
