Job Description Improvement Specialist Power Plant Management We are looking for an on-site Plant Performance Improvement Specialist for a contract role (6 months) in Middlesbrough. Job Purpose: To provide on-site leadership and support to drive sustainable improvements in plant performance across operations, maintenance, procurement, and HSSE. The role involves implementing effective continuous improvement methodologies, fostering teamwork, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with established standards. Identify and address operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Implement performance metrics to monitor and improve operational outputs. Develop and execute improvement plans using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
