Your new role
As an Electrical Fitter, you will be an integral part of the electrical production team, responsible for fault-finding, diagnostics, and wiring of ground support equipment, including electric vehicles on the factory production lines. You will assemble various components according to customer specifications, ensure quality control, and work both independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards and meet production targets.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have experience in fitting, assembly, manufacturing, engineering, or mechanics, with a strong ability to use hand, air, and electric tools. Knowledge of AC/DC electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings are essential. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities will be crucial.
