Key Responsibilities: Manage the design process from RIBA Stage 1-5, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Collaborate with directors, external consultants, and contractors to produce comprehensive design packages. Produce detailed specification documents, construction drawings, and manage project documentation. Engage with local authorities, building control, and clients to ensure smooth project progression and regulatory compliance. Support the team with project management, risk assessments, and managing deadlines. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout all project stages. Qualifications & Experience: RIBA Part 3 qualification (essential). A minimum of 2 years’ post-Part 3 industry experience (essential).
