Join First Bus as a Business Development Content Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our expertise and driving our success in securing new business opportunities. You will craft impactful content that can be used within Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and other high-stakes client submissions. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: Develop and maintain an extensive library of high-quality content to support franchise bid submissions, showcasing First Bus' expertise in areas like sustainability, customer experience, network design, and operational excellence. Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with SMEs across the organization to document First Bus' continuous improvement initiatives and responses to evolving market needs. Evidence Development: Build and maintain a robust evidence base, including sourcing and developing compelling case studies that highlight our success stories. Editing & Review: Ensure all proposal documents are accurate, consistent, and engaging, maintaining a professional tone that aligns with First Bus values. Research & Analysis: Conduct data analysis and franchise-specific research to craft tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. Innovative Support: Contribute to the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the efficiency and quality of content creation. Skills, Experience and Leadership behaviours required Skills / Experience Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in technical or content writing. Familiarity with the transport sector, including its challenges and opportunities. Proven ability to distil complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is essential; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
