About the Role As the DCO Procurement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development and construction of large-scale solar and battery storage projects (100MW+). Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring project delivery meets high standards of governance, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies for solar and battery projects. Lead supplier identification, qualification, and contract negotiations. Manage procurement risks and ensure sustainable, ethical practices align with company goals. Drive supply chain performance, fostering continuous improvement. Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to streamline processes and ensure compliance. Build strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Proven procurement experience, ideally within renewables, construction, or energy sectors. Strong commercial negotiation skills and contract management expertise. Knowledge of EU procurement regulations, contract law, and health and safety standards. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe for projects, supplier meetings, and conferences.
