An exciting opportunity to join FM Conway as a Senior Contracts Manager within our growing Street Lighting division. As our Senior Contracts Manager, you will play an integral role in overseeing our street lighting contracts and implementing works efficiently and safely, whilst contributing to the profitability of the division and providing a professional service to our clients. This is a permanent, full-time position based in London.
The duties of a Senior Contracts Manager will include:

Reviewing and updating Health and Safety Plans, Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments and Environmental Plans, ensuring that all new sites or new work orders have the appropriate documentation in place

Overseeing street lighting contracts and the implementation of street lighting and electrical works in a professional and efficient manner ensuring the highest level of health, safety, and quality

Ensuring that plant and materials are ordered to support the works programme as well as ensuring all plant is fit for purpose and maintained to required standards

Monitoring and maintaining records of plant, labour and materials and to assist in monthly internal commercial reporting and external contract performance reporting
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for someone with proven experience in street lighting or highways infrastructure as a Senior Contracts Manager, ideally with experience on public sector contracts. You will have a strong commercial awareness and a customer focused approach. It is essential for you to hold a CSCS card and your G39 certification, as well as you HEA/ HERS Supervisor and HEA/ HERS Authorised Officer qualifications. You will ideally have your NRSWA 1-16, 12A Traffic Management, IOSH H&S and first aid, but these are not essential. This role will involve travel to other FM Conway and customer locations, and therefore you must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence.
