About the role The Wholesale team is experiencing an exciting phase of growth, expanding both within our current business and into new international markets. To support this growth, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Wholesale Operations Manager to take on operational leadership, driving sales profitability and ensuring service level performance in both new and existing business ventures. 1 year Fixed Term Contract Operations Team Management Lead the Wholesale Operations Team of four, establishing weekly priorities aligned with business goals and partner deadlines. Conduct regular one-on-one reviews, managing the training and development for 2 Wholesale Coordinators, a B2B Coordinator, and a Wholesale Planner. ROW + US Wholesale Operations Managements Drive profitability by fully managing wholesale customer service objectives, with a proactive approach to managing the order book and sales performance. Maintain regular communication with the Logistics/DC teams to ensure resources are scheduled to meet monthly forecasts in both UK and US DCs. Ensure that all critical legal and commercial documents (e.g., Terms & Conditions, summary of commercial terms) are regularly updated as required. Develop a thorough understanding of key commercial and operational needs for all partners ensuring that processes are in place to meet these requirements. Continuously review and optimise internal processes, including IT projects, to improve operational efficiency Ownership of key operational projects (e.g. USA. NuORDER) Ensure appropriate cross functional processes and relationships are established to effectively deliver against plans Critical path: Work with Buying and Merchandising to align, wholesale seasonal options and in season stock globally Coordinate and delegate critical path key tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Lead Customer set up and onboarding processes Oversee and lead US Wholesale and Drop Ship operations. Business Analysis & Reporting: Drive financial planning and stock management strategies, supporting the Wholesale Planner in developing a financial roadmap that aligns with the brand’s strategy and customer needs. Review monthly sales and stock reporting and partner reforecast with support of Wholesale Planner Oversee wholesale sales performance, taking full responsibility for managing the order book and ensuring targets and deadline are met. Analyses the order book in detail to challenge team and ensure appropriate action is taken to achieve shipping targets. Ability to work cross-functionally will ensure that the financial plans are executed effectively, ensuring both business goals and customer satisfaction are met.
