The Senior Consultant will collaborate with client teams at all levels, leading process improvements and delivering measurable change. This role focuses on results, not just reports, ensuring long-lasting, visible change on-site. You will lead workstreams, map processes, analyse data, and conduct training sessions, working closely with a Project Manager.
