You Are: A Power Platform Architect within our Presales team - You will be a key player in designing and presenting tailored technical solutions that leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). You will work directly with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and designing scalable, high-impact solutions that drive results. This is a customer-facing, technical role requiring strong expertise in both the Power Platform and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. The Opportunity : Presales Solution Design & Strategy: Lead the presales process by designing and presenting comprehensive Power Platform solutions tailored to clients’ business needs. Ensure that proposed solutions align with customer objectives and technical requirements. Client Engagement & Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand business challenges, processes, and technical environments. Provide expert guidance on how the Power Platform can be integrated into existing systems to streamline workflows, improve business processes, and drive efficiency. Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution presentations, and workshops to showcase the Power Platform's capabilities. Tailor presentations to various audiences, from technical decision-makers to business executives. Solution Customization: Work with clients to define requirements and customize Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) to meet specific business objectives and technical needs. RFP/RFI Support: Provide technical expertise during the preparation of RFPs and RFIs. Ensure that responses align with client needs and showcase the value of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Technical Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing thought leadership and best practices on implementing and scaling Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Work closely with the delivery and implementation teams to ensure successful deployment of Power Platform solutions. Assist in translating technical solutions into practical, actionable plans for the implementation team. Continuous Learning & Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features, Microsoft technology trends, and industry best practices. Share insights and knowledge within the team to maintain a competitive edge. What you need : Experience: Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect, Presales Consultant, or Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting Power Platform-based solutions. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) and their integration with other Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365. Familiarity with Azure services is a plus. Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Proven experience in presales, including running workshops, product demos, and leading client discussions. Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and technical decision-makers. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of solving complex business and technical challenges. Certifications (preferred but not required): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, or other relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable. Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Personal Attributes: Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build relationships and inspire confidence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
