This is a full-time position working within a creative, energetic & highly focused Sales team. You will primarily be required to work closely with your Key Account Manager (KAM) for the maintenance and development of your area and collaborate with all other sales teams, as we are united to achieve the ultimate company results. Achieve Outbound Quality Calls daily. Ensure all new sites for your area are checked, qualified and assigned to your KAM or a Technical Site Engineer for visiting. Ensure all quotations are followed up within a specific time frame. Meet and exceed your KPI targets. Work closely with your KAM to complete your action points. Use Salesforce to complete tasks. Utilise Phocas to find opportunities from existing customers Be precise and laser focused on our core markets (Infrastructure, RC Frame & Façade). Be focused on new business and grow your area with new and existing clients. Required Skills/Qualifications: Good, quick computer skills, Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc. At least 1 years’ experience working within Sales. Track record of a winning mindset and being self-motivated. Great organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Time management skills. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of construction industry. Driver’s licence is a bonus, but not necessary. Benefits: Annual leave allowance starting at 23 days + 8 bank holidays.
