The Role: As Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading creative campaigns that are designed to engage and inspire employees. Reporting to the Account Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies, with a focus on employee engagement and behaviour change. The role requires someone who can ideate, create, and execute campaigns with a strong understanding of social trends and pop culture, applying them to an internal audience. You'll need to be hands-on, able to turn creative ideas into real content, and manage campaigns from conception through to execution. Your work will involve developing treatments, writing scripts, overseeing content production, and managing social-first campaigns. You'll also be expected to stay plugged into the latest trends across platforms like TikTok and Instagram to ensure campaigns are always fresh and relevant. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Ideation & Creative Development: Develop and pitch creative ideas for internal employee engagement campaigns that are both fresh and on-brand. You'll work across film, social media, and other digital channels, crafting content that resonates with employees while aligning with client goals. Internal Communications & Behaviour Change Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns that influence employee behaviour, drive engagement, and contribute to positive cultural shifts within organizations. Your work will focus on delivering internal comms that are as creative and engaging as external consumer-facing campaigns. Creative Leadership & Content Creation: Own the creative direction of your campaigns, from developing treatments and scripts for film to writing copy for social media posts and internal messaging. You'll be responsible for ensuring all content is on brief, on time, and of the highest creative standard. Client-Facing & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing creative insights, updates, and deliverables. You'll need to effectively manage multiple clients at once, building strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders. Trend-spotting & Social Integration: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging social trends (especially on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and more), applying them to your internal campaigns. Your expertise in pop culture and social media trends will be essential in creating compelling, timely content. Project Management: Collaborate with the production team to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and content production schedules while ensuring creative integrity is maintained throughout the process. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fast-moving agency environment, working across internal communications, employee engagement, or behaviour change campaigns. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop, create, and execute compelling campaigns, especially those targeted at internal audiences. You should be comfortable on the tools, creating content, and developing ideas from scratch. Strong writing skills are a must-you're a natural storyteller with the ability to craft engaging copy for a variety of formats, from internal comms to social media. A keen understanding of trends in pop culture, social media, and digital content, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. You should know what's trending and how to adapt it for an internal audience. Experience working with high-profile clients, particularly in the corporate sector. You should be confident in presenting ideas, managing client relationships, and working with senior stakeholders. You should be able to bring ideas to life while staying aligned with client needs, ensuring that your creative concepts are both innovative and strategically sound. Ability to handle multiple clients and projects at once, ensuring high-quality deliverables across the board.
