Due to the nature of the projects it is important that candidates can demonstrate a background in UK large-scale projects £10M and above, with experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes preferable. Experience in leading a team is essential with the capability of liaising with clients and consultants effectively. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants' information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5. Responsibilities Developing technical and functional design solutions Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams Managing client relationships and ensuring their vision is realised Qualifications & Required Skills A fully qualified architectural technician or technologist Minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit) Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5 Track record in UK projects £10M and above Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK Preferred skills Proven experience delivering projects across multiple sectors Excellent communication and leadership abilities A collaborative approach and a passion for creating great places Experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes Apply today!
