Key Responsibilities Leadership in Technical Delivery: Oversee the technical execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring precision in detailing, quality, and compliance. Drawing and Specification Development: Produce and review detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD. Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve seamless integration and project cohesion. Client Engagement: Present and articulate technical solutions to clients, fostering trust and collaboration. Regulatory and Sustainable Practices: Ensure all projects adhere to UK Building Regulations, international standards, and sustainable design principles. Qualifications and Skills Degree in Architecture with ARB or equivalent registration. Extensive experience in technical project delivery across all RIBA stages, preferably in the UK.
