The Role: As a HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business across multiple locations in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential individual looking to step up from a Senior HR Advisor position or a HRBP seeking a new challenge. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR support to approximately 25 business units across various divisions. This is a lot of light-touch work Handle employee relations and complex casework Assist with M&A activities, including TUPE, redundancy, and change management Create sustainable reward and motivation strategies Engage and manage a diverse, remote workforce Work closely with senior management to drive HR initiatives Focus on key metrics and commercial aspects of HR The Ideal Candidate: Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably at HRBP or Senior/ HR Advisor level Background in a fast-paced, product or service-driven environment Strong employee relations skills and experience supporting line managers Adaptable and capable of handling new challenges Experience with continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures Knowledge of M&A, TUPE, and redundancy processes (desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
