About the Role You will leverage your proven expertise to design, execute, and optimise impactful marketing strategies across diverse channels, focusing on boosting brand visibility, acquiring new customers, retaining existing business, and enhancing employee engagement. Collaborating closely with the sales team and several external partners, your efforts will lean toward inbound marketing, creating and delivering compelling content tailored to a defined audience. The primary goal of this role is to generate sustained leads from target personas by building advocacy for our brand through a strong value proposition. You will own the sales funnel process, attracting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers while maintaining a well-organized and effective HubSpot environment to support Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL). Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic marketing plan focused on inbound marketing, targeting specific personas and sectors. This includes recommendations for channels, budgets, and timelines. Drive a targeted number of marketing-qualified leads (MQL) across multiple channels, such as social media, SEO, website optimization, social/online advertising, and email marketing, all while ensuring an acceptable cost per acquisition (CPA). Promote and implement HubSpot best practices, sharing knowledge with relevant teams and stakeholders. Support the implementation and use of a marketing CRM system to streamline campaign management, provide a unified view of customer interactions, and monitor performance. Contribute to the digital customer journey by refining website user experiences and assisting in the development of tools like chatbots and AI-driven processes. Conduct ongoing market research to better understand target personas and the broader sector landscape. Person Specification – Essential Experience At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role. A proven track record in executing inbound marketing campaigns within a B2B setting. Demonstrated expertise in copywriting. Experience in implementing on-site and off-site SEO strategies, including technical and content enhancements, keyword research, and improving search engine rankings. Skilled in managing sponsored LinkedIn campaigns, including audience segmentation and crafting targeted propositions. Responsibility for improving website conversion rates from visits to inquiries, utilizing design, UX, and content optimization techniques. Strong copywriting abilities in crafting creative and engaging content. Experience in managing relationships with external suppliers. Solid understanding of marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and similar tools. Expertise in creating and executing email campaigns, including data segmentation, crafting subject lines, designing visuals, and ensuring content relevance. Ability to manage budgets effectively and calculate ROI as part of departmental performance measurement and reporting. Person Specification – Desirable Experience A Marketing Degree or Diploma.
