Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering. 8–10 years of experience in asset management, with 5+ years in leadership. Proven track record in managing large-scale technical assets. Knowledge of asset management systems, compliance, and lifecycle management. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
