General Summary of Role: The Group CEO is accountable for defining and executing the overarching strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial performance across the group of companies. This individual will lead global operations, champion sustainable growth, and align diverse markets and regions with the group’s strategic vision. A key mandate is to unify Business Units, Functions, and acquired businesses under a cohesive strategy, fostering collaboration and delivering integrated performance. This includes overseeing the seamless integration of current as well as future acquisitions, to unlock synergies and enhance operational alignment. The Group CEO will drive sustained growth and profitability by maximising synergies, strengthening market position, and navigating the complexities of scaling operations across diverse teams and geographies, all while steering the Group toward its long-term strategic goals. Core Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: · Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term objectives. · Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic planning and business development. · Oversee the integration of products and services to provide cohesive solutions to clients. Requirements · 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, including experience managing a diverse portfolio of businesses. . Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within technology solutions or industrial technology sectors. · Demonstrated success in driving business growth, managing P&L, and leading diverse teams. · Experience with business integration, mergers, or acquisitions. · Strong knowledge of financial management, particularly EBITDA and working capital optimisation.
