As a Senior Health Coach Manager, you will be joining a highly agile and adaptable team leading a combination of new and existing Health Coach managers, due to company growth. In joining the leadership team you will drive operational excellence through Project Management, Operations and Data reporting. We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Health Coach Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment. To be successful in this role you must have Demonstrable experience in defining and delivering projects through your team which are aligned to company strategy, defined with clarity and delivered at pace. To be a HCPC-registered dietitian or AfN-registered nutritionist currently with experience working in a commercial Health Tech environment. Managed other managers and health coaches supporting with professional development and line management responsibilities. Clinical experience working with patients living with obesity, or type 2 diabetes. Professional experience in applying evidence based behaviour change techniques, such as NLP, CBT, or motivational interviewing, to facilitate sustainable improvements in health and wellbeing.
