The Board of Oxford Health comprises committed executive directors and high-quality non-executives led by an experienced chair. We are active participants in and lead a set of provider collaboratives and seek to play an active role in the two integrated care systems in which we provide services.

The Chief Executive needs to work inside the organisation to streamline processes, engage and motivate our doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, and at the same time foster relations with local government, the voluntary sector, primary care, and other NHS partners, ensuring Oxford Health is present and actively engaged in regional and national conversations.

We span a wide area, from the outskirts of Bristol to the London suburbs and a compendium of services, including forensic mental health wards and health services in prisons. Our strengths include a big commitment to staff learning and development; we have a way to go to realise our own and wider NHS ambitions on equality, diversity, and inclusion.
