Responsibilities

Managing, fostering and expanding a key company account with a client in the Insurance Industry
Own and develop account level strategy towards revenue and profitability targets for the company’s work with the client
Develop relationships across the client’s organisation from C-suite to managerial levels
Seek and convert new opportunities
Understand industry trends to help the business improve its position against competition
Working with offshore delivery teams
Ensure customer satisfaction with the work being done by the entire team

Requirements

15 years overall industry experience
5+ years of client management and relationship development experience, handling enterprise accounts
Experience with project managing complex initiatives and campaigns from inception to launch to evaluation and optimisation
Sales experience in Data, Cloud, QA, Digital deals
Handled portfolios in the Insurance industry
Experience in working with large cross functional and multi-geographical teams to deliver solutions
Ability to understand bigger picture, identify business opportunities and envision workable solutions
Proven track record of relationship management with consistent revenue growth of a client portfolio
