Job Title: Fashion Global Wholesale Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Global Wholesale Manager to lead and drive the wholesale strategy across international markets. This role will focus on developing strong partnerships, increasing revenue, and ensuring brand consistency globally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong business acumen, and proven success in managing wholesale accounts across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Strategy & Partnerships
- Develop and execute a global wholesale strategy to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain key wholesale partners, focusing on high-growth markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with wholesalers, department stores, and multi-brand retailers.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitive positioning.
Account Management
- Manage wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with partners on merchandising, marketing initiatives, and in-store execution.
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Develop seasonal sales plans in line with the overall business strategy.
- Work with planning and merchandising teams to ensure accurate product allocation.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and key insights to leadership.
Brand Representation
- Represent the brand at global trade shows, showrooms, and industry events.
- Deliver product presentations and training to wholesale partners.
- Maintain brand positioning and ensure consistent communication of brand values.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to deliver seamless wholesale initiatives.
- Support regional wholesale teams in meeting global objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in international markets.
Strong understanding of global wholesale channels and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Experience working across diverse markets and cultures.
