To support our journey, we are looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to join the team in our prestigious Chiswick Park, West London offices.

You will be part of a team that provides broad multi-faceted advice to our customers, addressing both commercial and technical risks in the evolving energy mix.

What will you be doing?

As a key member of the team, you will:

Shape the future of energy infrastructure by leading structural engineering and analysis for groundbreaking projects
Craft compelling structural reports and philosophies that guide innovative design solutions
Drive project efficiency through precise development of conceptual Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and quantities
Inspire stakeholders with your expertise through dynamic technical presentations
Contribute your structural insights to winning proposals, helping secure exciting new projects

What expertise you will bring to the team

University degree in civil or structural engineering with over 15 years of post-graduate experience in front-end or FEED projects
Expertise in preparing estimates, costs, and schedules using various front-end techniques
Substantial experience in the offshore oil & gas and renewable energy sectors
Experience in designing jackets and topsides for greenfield projects
Excellent knowledge of structural analysis software like STAADPro and SESAM
Familiarity with design software such as E3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of non-linear software like Abaqus is beneficial
